Questions
FAQs
- GRIM is Pixamentory's fast 2D multiplayer arena shooter for mobile. Master your movement, time your attacks and outplay rival players in quick arena matches.
- Download the Early Access build only from the official Google Play listing linked at pixamentory.io/grim. Avoid unofficial APKs, account sellers and anyone promising free Gems.
- Players must be at least 13. If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, you also need permission from a parent or legal guardian. Age-gated features stay locked until eligibility is confirmed, and we may require additional consent or checks where the law requires them.
- No. GRIM does not currently require your personal mobile number or a public real-name profile. Protect your Player ID and account details, and never share passwords, verification codes or payment-card details in chat or Discord.
- No. Coins, Gems, cosmetics and other rewards are in-game items with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred for money, withdrawn or cashed out.
- Not in the current Phase 1 Early Access build—it has no in-app purchases. If purchases are added later, you will see the price, key terms and available refund route before you pay, and your rights under applicable consumer law will still apply.
- No. GRIM is offered as an entertainment-only online social game: there are no bets, wagers, cash stakes, cash prizes or paid chances to win money.
- Use the in-game report controls when available or email support@pixamentory.io. Share the player name, match or Player ID, approximate time and a short description—but never post another person's private information publicly. Clearly mark an immediate safety threat or serious child-safety report as urgent.
- Depending on the breach, we may issue a warning, remove improperly earned rewards, restrict features, suspend the account or apply a permanent ban. Serious safety threats, cheating or illegal conduct may require immediate action.
- You can appeal by emailing grievance@pixamentory.io. Explain the decision you are challenging and include the relevant Player ID, account or match details so the team can review it against the published rules.
- Use the account-deletion option inside GRIM or email support@pixamentory.io. Anonymous players should include their Player ID so we can find the account. Never send a password or full payment-card details; limited records may be retained where law, fraud prevention or security requires it.
- For account, safety or technical help, email support@pixamentory.io. For a formal grievance, email grievance@pixamentory.io for the Grievance Officer; a valid complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours and normally resolved within 15 days, subject to any shorter or different legal deadline.
- For an online social game or e-sport grievance, you may approach the Online Gaming Authority of India within 30 days if you are dissatisfied with our response or receive no response within the applicable timeline. A further appeal may be available to the Appellate Authority, and your consumer, court and other statutory remedies remain available.
