Content creation
We want people to make things with our games. This policy is the permission to do it — videos, streams, screenshots, reviews and fan art, including monetised ones — and the few conditions that keep it fair.

What this covers
This policy covers content you create using Pixamentory games and materials — gameplay footage, screenshots, key art, trailers, our logos and game names — whether you are a video creator, streamer, journalist, or a player making something for fun. It is a licence from us to you: as long as you follow the conditions below, you do not need to ask before publishing.
What you may do
- Make and publish videos and streams of our games — let's plays, reviews, guides, montages, commentary — on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and social media, including their audio as captured in gameplay.
- Monetise that content through the platform's own programmes — ads, subscriptions, memberships, donations. You keep what you earn.
- Use our screenshots, key art and trailers to write about, review, or report on our games.
- Create fan art and other transformative work based on our games and characters.
The conditions
- Do not imply we endorse you. Your content must not suggest it is official, sponsored by, or affiliated with Pixamentory unless we have agreed that in writing. Do not use "official" in titles or channel names.
- Do not alter our logos or use our branding as your own identity — our name or logo must not be the dominant branding of your channel, product, or page.
- Add something of your own. Commentary, editing, gameplay, creativity. Do not simply re-upload our trailers or assets as they are, and do not sell or redistribute the raw assets themselves.
- No cheats, no leaks. Content that promotes cheating, exploits, account selling, or that publishes unreleased material obtained without authorisation, is not licensed under this policy.
- Keep it within the rules. Content using our materials must comply with our rules of conduct, the platform's own policies, and applicable law — and must not place our games alongside hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal material.
- Do not paywall access to our game content itself — monetising your creation is fine; selling our assets or in-game content is not.
Fan content and merchandise
Fan art, cosplay, and community creations are welcome, and you may share them freely for non-commercial purposes. Anything you create remains yours, but the underlying games, characters and branding remain ours.
Selling merchandise that uses our games, characters, names or logos — prints, apparel, stickers, physical or digital goods — needs our written permission first. Ask at hello@pixamentory.io; for small community runs we usually say yes.
Partnerships and permissions
If you want something beyond this policy — an official partnership, early access, press keys, interview requests, use of our brand in a commercial product, or a use case this page does not cover — email hello@pixamentory.io with what you have in mind. Press and creator materials are described on our terms of use page.
When permission ends
This policy is a revocable licence, not a transfer of rights. We may ask you to change or take down specific content that breaks these conditions, and we may withdraw permission from anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaches them. We will not use this section to silence criticism — negative reviews and critical commentary are squarely within what this policy allows.
