Rules of conduct
One standard of behaviour, everywhere Pixamentory runs a community. These rules apply in our games, on our Discord, in anything you submit to us, and in how you deal with our team.

Where these rules apply
These rules apply wherever you interact with Pixamentory or other players through us:
- in our games — chat, voice, display names, and gameplay;
- on our official Discord server and any community space we operate;
- in anything you submit to us — support requests, feedback, surveys, contest entries, and messages to our team;
- in contests, deals, events, and store interactions.
They form part of our terms, and sit alongside the fair play policy (competitive integrity) and the GRIM community guidelines (the detailed in-game rules). Where a specific game or event publishes stricter rules, those apply too.
Respect for people
None of the following is tolerated, in any channel, in any language:
- Hate speech — attacking or demeaning anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age;
- Harassment — targeted abuse, pile-ons, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact, including of our staff;
- Threats of violence, and any threat directed at someone's family;
- Sexual content or advances directed at another person;
- Doxxing — sharing anyone's real name, address, school, workplace, phone number or photographs without their consent;
- Encouraging self-harm, or telling anyone to kill themselves.
Honesty and integrity
- No impersonation — of other players, moderators, Pixamentory staff, or anyone else.
- No scams or phishing — free-currency offers, fake giveaways, credential harvesting, or links designed to deceive.
- No fraud — payment fraud, abuse of refunds, referral or promotion abuse, or false claims to our support team.
- No false reports — using our reporting or grievance tools to target someone who did nothing wrong is itself a breach.
- No unsolicited advertising — promoting products, services, or account sales in our games or communities.
Content you share
Display names, chat messages, contest entries, and anything else you share through our games and communities must not contain:
- anything illegal under applicable law, or that encourages illegal activity;
- sexually explicit material, or graphic real-world violence;
- other people's personal information;
- material that infringes someone else's copyright, trade marks, or other rights;
- malware, exploits, or links to any of the above;
- spam, flooding, or deliberately disruptive content.
We may remove content that breaks these rules, and repeated evasion — misspellings, symbol substitution, reposting — counts as the original offence.
Safety of minors
Our communities include young players, and we set the bar accordingly. Anything sexual involving a minor is reported to the authorities, not just actioned. Attempting to obtain personal information from a young player, or to move them to private channels, is treated as a most-severe breach. Guidance for teen players and parents is in the GRIM community guidelines, and the protections we apply to minors' data are in the privacy policy.
Enforcement and appeals
Breaches are actioned in proportion to their severity and pattern — from warnings and content removal, through restrictions on chat, voice or events, to temporary suspension or a permanent ban across our services for the most serious conduct. The detailed enforcement ladder is in the GRIM community guidelines; conduct on Discord is additionally subject to Discord's own terms and moderation.
To report conduct, use the in-game report option or email support@pixamentory.io. A person reviews every appeal; if we got it wrong, we reverse it. Formal grievances follow the grievance redressal mechanism.
