Fair play

A competitive game is only worth playing if the match is fair. This policy applies across every Pixamentory game and service, and sets out what fair play means, what breaks it, and what we do about it.

Our commitment

Every player in a Pixamentory game should face opponents on a level playing field: the same rules, the same physics, and results decided by skill. We hold up our side of that bargain by validating gameplay on our servers, monitoring for the patterns cheat tools leave, reviewing player reports with human judgement, and removing unfairly obtained results and rewards when we find them.

This policy forms part of our terms — for GRIM, see the terms of service and the more detailed community guidelines. Breaking it can cost you your progress, your rewards, or your account.

What we expect

  • Win by playing better. Outplay people; do not shortcut past them.
  • One player, one account, honestly ranked. Play your own matches at your own level.
  • Report what you find. If you discover a bug, an exploit, or a cheater, tell us instead of profiting from it — we would rather credit you than action you.
  • Respect the match. Deliberately throwing games, idling, or repeatedly leaving ruins the result for everyone in it.

What is prohibited

Across all our games and services, the following break fair play:

  • Cheat software and tampering — aim assistance, auto-fire, wall hacks, speed or physics modification, memory editors, packet manipulation, modified clients, or any third-party tool that alters how a game runs.
  • Automation — bots, scripts, or macros, including idle farming of rewards, currency, chests or ad offers.
  • Exploiting bugs for currency, progression, or match advantage instead of reporting them.
  • Match manipulation — boosting, win-trading, smurfing to farm weaker players, or arranging outcomes.
  • Account misuse — sharing, selling, buying, or renting accounts, or accessing someone else's.
  • Attacking the service — interfering with another player's connection, or with our servers and systems.
  • Payment abuse — fraudulent purchases, or reversing legitimate payments after consuming what they bought.

Contests and leaderboards

Contests, deals, events and leaderboards are governed by our terms and any rules published for the specific event. In all of them:

  • participate with one account, as yourself;
  • no collusion between accounts or players to manipulate standings or outcomes;
  • results, rankings or rewards obtained through any conduct prohibited by this policy will be removed, and the account may be excluded from current and future events;
  • where an event has its own published rules, those apply in addition to this policy.

Enforcement

We match the response to the severity and the pattern: warnings, removal of currency, items or leaderboard results, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban for cheat tools, payment fraud and repeat offences. A person reviews enforcement decisions — they are not fully automated — and if you believe we got one wrong, you can appeal by emailing support@pixamentory.io.

Reporting

  • In game — use the report option on the player, which sends us the match and the account automatically.
  • By email — write to support@pixamentory.io with the player's display name, roughly when it happened, and what you saw. Clips and screenshots help enormously.

Reports are confidential. Filing deliberately false reports to get someone actioned is itself a breach of this policy.
